THROUGH LOCALLY SOURCED PRODUCE WE CAN OFFER UNBEATABLE VALUE FOR MONEY, TAKING THE BEST  FROM OUR SUPPLIERS AS AND WHEN IT'S AVAILABLE AND CREATING NEW DISHES RATHER THAN PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THE SAME INGREDIENTS ALL YEAR ROUND.
